My Birthday!

My birthday was April 5th, so I've done a lot of celebrating. It was my20th, so as you can imagine it was great. My sister Haley, Her boyfriend Josh, my friend Joe and I went to Koi, a sushi place in West Hollywood.

The food was soooo good. I just want to stress that because we had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there (hello traffic!) but it was sooo worth it. Oh and I look like a complete orge in that top picture, but it's the only good picture of Joe and me together. And Josh and Haley...well they're silly. Anyway...we got a dragon roll, a cucumber roll, a soft shelled crab roll, a salmon roll, and the best ever a sunset roll. Also Haley got green beans in a grilled sauce (so good!) and skirt steak. Yummy!

Freakin' Awesome

God, what have I done. Or become. Or something. I will soon be turning 20 (in umm..ten days but who's counting?) and I mean look at me now. I have found my "style", I'm just completely in my skin. Which is great, I guess the teen years really do suck in that sense. I can't wait to move on with my life and into my fab twenties. Yes!

Work is actually getting better. Which is good. All this week I work from 8 to 1, which means taking care of the small animals and then doing the cash register after that. It's so much better than the afternoon! Tomorrow I have off because I'm going down to register for my classes. I'm so excited! I probably won't sleep tonight unless I work out really hard before hand then go to bed at 12 or something.

Totally random, but my debit card numbers got stolen for the third time today. So now I'm -$200 in my account until they can figure it out. Sweet, huh? Nope.

Just a couple of things

So I've just been spending away lately. I've decided to get a whole new image, a more sophisticated, edgy look for my 20th year that is soon to be coming up in April. (Yay!) I just don't want to look 15 anymore. I remember when I used to be called green eyes when I had my super short hair, so I cut my long hair to my shoulders. I've been eating really healthy lately, losing some weight that I don't really need to lose, but hey, when you eat healthy, you gain in other ways other than a good meal, right?

Getting back to the first statement, I've been spending way more money than I should to get this new look. New jeans, new shirts, belts, heels, shoes, blah blah. I need it. I need a hole in the head. But you know what, I'll definitely be sophisticated and edgy, while spending my last dime. But anyway, on to the good stuff.

I will be seeing Blueskyreality on saturday night at [edit] The Troubadour [/edit] in West Hollywood. (I think.) The band is really good, and my sister (who I'm going with) knows the guitarist Jake Koops. He is such a laid-back guy and really nice. The band deserves all the support you can give them, so click on the link, go to their myspace, add them and maybe download a couple songs go play on your itunes or whatever you have.
